David Cody founded FindOut Ventures to revolutionize access to complex government programs through innovative technology. With three decades of asset management, business development, and capital formation experience, David brings a proven track record of identifying market dislocations and developing successful businesses around them.
As Founder, David shapes the strategic direction of FindOut Ventures, driving growth through visionary thinking and high-impact partnerships. His ability to see the big picture and build meaningful collaborations has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s portfolio and accelerating its success.

David has direct or secondary involvement in the development of more than 300 asset management products. He also has capital formation and distribution experience, raising over $50 billion across asset classes and products in both institutional and retail channels.
David developed new businesses while growing assets under management to more than $40 billion, expanding both the scope and reach during his tenure.

With a diverse financial services background and as a serial entrepreneur, Luke brings deep expertise in building scalable solutions for businesses and the organizations that support them.
As Founder, Luke leads execution and operations at FindOut Ventures, driving growth through disciplined implementation and operational excellence. His ability to translate complexity into actionable solutions has been central to the company’s success.
Previously, Luke held leadership roles in capital markets and financial services, where he developed and implemented strategies across asset classes and business models.
Luke holds a master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant and a CFA® Charterholder.
